About Account Deletion & Restoration (updated at 1/2025)
If you wish to delete your PixAI account, please follow these instructions.
Please go to your Profile page.
Click on "**Edit Profile**".
From there, locate the "**Misc**" section and click on "**Delete Account**".
You can restore your deleted account within 30 days. During this period, you won't be able to make any changes to your account, including claiming credits, generating artwork, or liking others' content.
To restore your account, simply click the Restore button.
Please note that after 30 days, your account will be permanently deleted. 🚫
❗ Please note that you cannot delete your account if you have an active subscription.
Please navigate to your profile page.
Tap on the gear icon in the upper right corner.
Select "**Account**".
You will find the "**Delete Account**" button at the bottom of the page.

Please note that the mobile version currently does not support displaying the deletion progress. You can track the deletion process on the web.
