What is PixAI Membership

PixAI Membership is a premium subscription service that offers subscribers additional PixAI credits and exclusive features. Members will benefit from ongoing updates and new features designed to enhance their experience!

How many additional credits can PixAI members receive?

The specific amount of additional credits is determined by the membership tier:

Members will receive:

Monthly Credits: These credits are applied to your account immediately after subscription and will be replenished each month until your subscription ends.
Extra Daily Credits: Members can claim these credits in addition to the standard daily credits available site-wide.
Extra Credits with Top-Ups: Members will receive additional credits when purchasing credit perks. The specific amount varies based on the membership tier and the selected credit perk.

What Special Membership Perks Are Available to PixAI Members?

1. Turbo Mode

PixAI members will have turbo mode automatically activated for their generation tasks, offering faster speeds compared to low-priority tasks.

※ Turbo mode is unlimited and comes at no additional cost.

2. Access to Image-to-Video feature

Exclusive to members, our Image-to-Video feature transforms your static images into dynamic, engaging videos up to 10 seconds with just a few clicks. Perfect for creating captivating content, this tool is designed to be intuitive and customizable, allowing you to bring your ideas to life effortlessly.

3. Early Access to new models

PixAI members enjoy exclusive early access to the world’s best anime-style generation models. As a member, you’ll be among the first to explore and experiment with our latest models before their official release.
In many cases, early access comes with the added benefit of a free trial period.

4. Free LoRA Training

PixAI members can train a number of LoRAs on PixAI without having to spend credits. Please note that remained Free Training will not accumulate to next month.

5. More LoRAs for Image Generation

PixAI Members can add up to 5, 10, or 15 LoRAs in one generation task depending on their membership tier.

6. Extra Private Model Slot

PixAI members can upload a total of 15, 25, or 35 private models depending on their membership tier during the subscription period.

Please note that you will only be able to upload new Models or LoRAs as private. You cannot change the settings of existing models.

7. Customizable Profile Picture, Profile Banner , Member-Exclusive Icon Frame and Badge

PixAI Members can customize their profile page by:

uploading gif as profile picture
uploading image as banner for profile page
having an icon with PixAI member-exclusive frame and badge

8. More Image Dimensions

Free users face a size limitation of up to 1280x1280 pixels. By becoming a member, you gain access to a wider variety of image dimensions for your creations.

9. Custom Model List

PixAI members can bookmark frequently used models and pin them to the top for easy access.



By switching to the bookmark section in the model area, PixAI members can quickly locate and use their favorite models.

10. Custom Quality Tags

This feature allows PixAI members to enhance their models by adding personalized quality tags. Members can access this perk by clicking on the "Add Booster" option.

What Happens When My Membership Renews

Subscriptions are set to auto-renew for your convenience. Any unused credits at the end of a billing period will roll over to your account balance. Upon renewal, you will receive the full credit allocation corresponding to your Membership plan.

What Will Happen if I Cancel My Membership

1. Extra Credits

You can still claim daily extra credits until your membership subscription ends.
After your membership subscription end date, the daily credit amount will revert back to 10,000 each day.

2. Extra Private Model Slot

When your membership ends, the uploaded private model and LoRA will remain with the account. You will not be allowed to upload more private model/LoRAs.

3. Free LoRA Training

When your membership ends, you will lose the free LoRA training perks included in your membership plan.

4. Number of LoRA uses for Image Generation

You will be only allowed to use 3 LoRAs in each generation as a non-member.

5. Customizable Profile Picture, Profile Banner, Member-Exclusive Icon Frame and Badge

Uploaded gif profile picture will remain the same, you will not be able to upload new gif icons after your membership ends.
Uploaded profile banner will remain the same, you will not be able to upload new profile banners after your membership ends.
You will lose the member-exclusive I on frame and badge after your subscription ends.

6. Other Member-exclusive features

If you decide to end your subscription, please note that you will lose access to the exclusive features available to PixAI Members, such as Turbo Mode and Custom Model Lists.
You will still have access to these features until your subscription expires, but once it ends, you will no longer be able to use them.

How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

On Web

To cancel a subscription made on the web, go to your profile page and scroll down to the Credits & Membership section. Follow the instructions to cancel your subscription.

On APP

To cancel your subscription made through the app, please visit the corresponding app store and cancel your subscription from there.

Please note that:

Canceling your subscription means turning off auto-renewal. This ensures you won’t be charged for future recurring subscriptions.
Your current membership will remain active until the expiration date, and you will continue to have access to all membership features until then.
Your account will not be affected by the cancellation. You can continue using Pixai as a free member, and none of your artworks, credits, or data will be removed upon the expiration of your membership.

About Upgrading and Switching to a Lower Tier

For Web Purchases

Upgrading Your Plan:

Monthly Plans: You can upgrade your membership plan at any time. When upgrading, you will be charged the full monthly fee for the new plan and will immediately receive the full credit allocation for the new plan. Additionally, your billing cycle will be updated to the date of the upgrade.
For example:
If you subscribed to Starter on January 1st and upgraded to Hobbyist on Jan 15th, you would receive the full credit allocation for Hobbyist on Jan 15th, and your billing cycle would change to the 15th of each month.

Annual Plans: Changes to annual plans are currently not supported.

Downgrading Your Plan:

Downgrading is not allowed for both monthly and annual plans. If you wish to switch to a lower-tier plan, you must cancel your current plan and resubscribe to the desired plan after the current billing cycle ends.

For App Purchases

You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch your membership plan at any time directly through the membership page on our app. Simply click "Switch Membership", and your plan will be updated accordingly.

IOS:

Upgrading Your Plan: Your subscription will be upgraded immediately. You will receive a prorated refund for the remaining time of your current plan.
Downgrading Your Plan: Your current plan will remain active until the next billing date, after which the new plan will take effect at a lower price.

Android:

Changing Your Plan: Your subscription will be upgraded or downgraded immediately. Any remaining time will be adjusted based on the price difference, and the balance will be credited to the next billing date.

How Many Credits Will I Receive When Upgrading a Plan?

For Web Purchases

When you upgrade, you will receive the full amount of credits associated with the new plan.
For example:

Upgrading from Starter to Hobbyist will grant you 1,000,000 credits.
Upgrading from Hobbyist to Pro will grant you 2,000,000 credits.

For App Purchases

When you upgrade, the credits you receive will be prorated based on the remaining time in your current subscription period, as you are paying the price difference during the upgrade.
For example:
If you upgrade from the Starter plan to the Hobbyist plan with 20 days remaining in your current Starter plan, you will receive approximately 60% of the Hobbyist plan's credits. The exact amount is calculated based on the precise date and time of the upgrade.

How Many Free LoRA Trainings Will I Have When Upgrading a Plan:

Here is how we calculate the number of free LoRA trainings:

(The number of LoRA trainings in your new plan) minus (the number of LoRAs you have previously trained this month)

example 1.

You are switching from Starter to Hobbyist; Starter comes with 3 free LoRAs each month and Hobbyist comes with 5 free LoRAs each month.
in this month, you have already trained 2 LoRAs without credits with the tier 1 plan.
After upgrading to Hobbyist, you will have 5(new plan)-2(trained)=3 free LoRA training in this month.

example 2.

You are switching from Starter to Hobbyist; Starter comes with 3 free LoRAs and Hobbyist comes with 5 free LoRAs.
You have not used any of the free LoRA training opportunities this month.
After upgrading to Hobbyist, you will have 5(new plan)-0(trained)=5 free LoRA training in this month.
