- The refund amount is calculated based on the original price of your current membership and the number of days left until it expires. For example, if you are currently on a Starter annual membership with 200 days remaining while subscribing for a Plus annual membership, the refund will be calculated as follows:
- Refund Amount = (Original Price of Starter Plan / 365) * Remaining Days
- The refund will be processed within 7 business days. If you require an immediate refund, please submit a ticket through the support channel.
- Downgrading: Please note that downgrading at a discounted price is not available.
- Discount Policy: The discounted price can only be used once. This means that if you have more than one year remaining on your current subscription, you will not be able to purchase another membership.
Mobile:
- No Stacking for the Same Tier: You cannot stack subscriptions of the same tier,such as subscribing to an annual Starter plan while already on an annual Starter plan. Please note that this rule specifically applies to the mobile version, as the store does not support purchasing the same subscription multiple times.
- No Switching of Tiers Between Platforms: Membership plan tier changes do not carry over different platforms. This means that if you have a membership on an iOS device, you cannot upgrade or downgrade your current plan on an Android device or PC, even if you are logged into the same PixAI account.
- Upgrading: Your new subscription will take effect immediately after purchase.
- iOS: You will pay the full price, and we will issue a refund for the remaining time of your old subscription tier.
- Android: You will pay the price difference.
- Downgrading: Your new subscription will take effect after your current subscription expires, and you will be charged the corresponding price for your new plan in the next billing cycle.
- Transitioning from Monthly to Annual: The annual subscription will take effect after your current monthly subscription expires.
