🎄Christmas Sale: Annual Membership Upgrade Refund Policy & FAQs🎄

We want to inform you about the process for obtaining a refund if you purchased an upgraded annual membership during the Christmas sale. Please note that your refund will be calculated based on the original price of your current membership and the number of days remaining until it expires.

Refund methods:
- Monetary Refund: We will refund the money directly to the original payment method used.
- Credit Refund: We will provide you with credits equivalent to the amount you paid, plus an additional 15% in credits.

Requesting Your Refund:
- If you wish to receive your refund as credits, please submit your request by contacting us at our online support center.
- Be sure to include your PixAI username.
- Once your request is received, our team will process it as quickly as possible. You will receive notifications from our staff in the ticket you opened once the refund has been processed.
- If you do not submit a request, the refund will be processed as a monetary refund.
