Content Guidelines
At PixAI, we are committed to fostering a safe and inclusive environment for all users. To ensure a positive experience, we have established clear guidelines for content classification, moderation, and publication. These rules apply to all artwork, models, and LoRAs uploaded to our platform.
All content on PixAI is classified into two categories:
Normal Content: Artwork, models, and LoRAs that adhere to community guidelines and are suitable for all audiences.
Sensitive Content: Artwork, models, or LoRAs that may contain mature, explicit, or potentially offensive material. Sensitive content is subject to stricter moderation and visibility restrictions.
AI Moderation: Content is initially reviewed by our AI moderator, which classifies it as "Normal" or "Sensitive" based on predefined guidelines.
Appeals: If you believe your content has been misclassified, you may submit an appeal through the content detail page. Our human moderators will re-evaluate the content within 7 working days.
Content containing or similar to the following themes may be considered sensitive:
Explicit or suggestive depictions of the human body.
Graphic depictions of violence, injury, or blood.
Sexual intercourse, acts resembling sexual intercourse, behavior that evokes thoughts of sexual activity, or expressions that suggest such acts.
Including but not limited to:
Sexually suggestive poses, facial expressions, or angles.
Depictions of sex toys, adult products or suggestive objects.
Close-ups of cleavage, buttocks, or genital areas.
Excessive breast expansion.
Excessive exposure of breasts/cleavage even with covered nipples.
Spread legs facing the viewer.
Exposure or emphasis on sexual body parts (genitals or surrounding areas, buttocks, or breasts).
Wearing only bikinis/underwear under inappropriate settings.
Bodily fluids or suggestive interactions.
Bondage, restraint, or any depictions intended to stimulate or satisfy sexual curiosity.
The following types of sensitive content are strictly prohibited on PixAI:
Sensitive content created using realistic models is not allowed.
Prompts containing sensitive tags cannot be used with realistic models.
Any realistic explicit images published on PixAI will be removed.
Any content that sexually depicts or implies minors (regardless of whether they are fictional or real) is strictly prohibited by law. Violations will result in account termination.
Clothing: All attire should be age-appropriate and conservative. Avoid suggestive or over-exposed clothing styles.
Photorealism: Suggestive images that could be mistaken for real minors are strictly prohibited.
Poses: Poses should be natural, non-suggestive, and age-appropriate.
Interactions: Interactions between minors and adults or between minors should be appropriate and non-suggestive.
Character Age Determination: We evaluate the content on a case-by-case basis based on both the specific image and its context. Our human moderators reserve the right to determine the category of a specific content at their discretion. Fictional characters who are minors should be depicted in an age-appropriate manner, just like any other entity in an image.
Terms and Language Use: Users are advised to exercise caution when using terms related to minors that may imply mature or suggestive themes, even if the resulting image does not depict a minor.
When publishing sensitive artwork, comics, albums, or animated images:
Sensitive Content Indicator: If the AI moderator labels your content as sensitive, a "Sensitive" sign will be displayed on thumbnails and detail pages.
Limited Visibility: Sensitive content is only visible to you and cannot be accessed by others.
Appeals: If you believe the AI moderator has made an error, use the "Appeal" option on the artwork detail page to request a human review.
Appeals: Users may request a human review for any content labeled as sensitive by the AI moderator. Navigate to the content details page and select the "Appeal" button.
Reporting: Users are encouraged to report any content that violates our policies, especially content involving minors. Use the "Report" button on the content details page.
Normal Content: Visible to all users and accessible across the platform. However, some content may not be displayed in an unlogged state.
Sensitive Content: Limited to the uploader and not accessible to others.
Confirm Over 18: If this setting is not enabled, nsfw content cannot be generated.
Blur Sensitive Content: When enabled, sensitive content will be blurred to provide an additional layer of discretion.
Safe Search: Enabling this setting ensures that content unsuitable for all ages will not appear in your search results.
Our AI moderator may occasionally make errors, such as failing to label sensitive content or incorrectly labeling normal content. If you have questions or concerns, please refer to these rules or submit an appeal for review.
If posting content containing others' copyrighted works (characters, photos, trademarks, etc.), ensure compliance with the rights holders' guidelines and obtain prior permission when necessary.
Posting content that includes personally identifiable information (e.g., photos of others, addresses, phone numbers, social media accounts) is strictly prohibited.
The following types of content are also prohibited:
Content endorsing or promoting extreme ideologies, violence, or antisocial behavior.
Discriminatory expressions (based on race, beliefs, occupation, gender, religion, etc.) or content that encourages such discrimination.
Excessive promotion, incitement, or solicitation of specific religious or political activities.
Any other content deemed inappropriate by our platform for violating public order and morals.
If you encounter content that may infringe your rights (copyright, portrait rights, privacy, etc.) or violate the above guidelines, please report it via the "Report" feature on the relevant page. Our team will promptly investigate and take action.
Users are solely responsible for their use of this service and any consequences resulting from their actions.
We do not review, endorse, or assume responsibility for user-posted content in advance.
If posted content violates our Terms of Service, applicable laws, or infringes third-party rights (copyright, portrait rights, privacy, etc.), the uploader bears full responsibility.
If a user violates these guidelines or our Terms of Service—or if we deem it necessary—we may, at our discretion and without prior notice:
Restrict or remove the violating content.
Suspend or permanently terminate the user’s account.
