📢PixAI Announcement: Apology and Credits Compensation
Dear everyone in the PixAI community:
We sincerely apologize for the issue that occurred during our Valentine’s Day promotion, where some users did not receive the correct amount of credits upon upgrading their plans. We deeply regret the inconvenience and frustration this may have caused.
To address this, we have taken the following steps:
Credits Reimbursement: All users who upgraded during the promotion but did not receive the correct credits have now been compensated with the appropriate amount of credits corresponding to their upgraded plan.
Extra Compensation: Additionally, we have added 10% extra credits on top of the amount you should have received when upgrading to all affected users as a token of our apology.
We understand that many of you reached out to us via support tickets, and we regret not being able to respond to each one individually. If you still encounter any issues with your credits after this announcement, please do not hesitate to contact us again.
