🔄PixAI Announcement: Credits Adjustment for Subscription Plan Upgrades

During our Valentine’s Day promotion, we identified an issue with the credits calculation for users who upgraded their subscription plans on web. If you upgraded your plan during the promotion and noticed that the credits you received did not match the amount stated in your plan, please contact us in support with your PixAI profile link. We will promptly review your case and issue the missing credits.

This issue has now been resolved, so it won’t affect users who upgrade after this announcement. However, if you believe you have received incorrect credits, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us in support.
