The initial idea behind Lightning Mode was to offer a rapid and low-cost generation option, albeit at the expense of quality. This intention arose from our observation that many users were opting for lower step counts to generate images with reduced quality and costs, rather than pursuing higher-quality outputs.
However, due to the technical difficulties we encountered, Lightning Mode did not guarantee a significant increase in generation speed, and it appeared that we were inadvertently placing existing features behind a paywall. It’s also clear that this approach did not resonate with you, so we will withdraw Lightning Mode and refine it to better align with its original purpose before any actual launch.
