User Profile (updated at 3/2025)
Your profile page on PixAI is a hub of features designed to enhance your experience and streamline your creative journey. Let’s dive in and explore all the possibilities!
By clicking on 'Edit Profile,' you’ll find a list of settings to customize based on your preferences.
In this section, you can personalize your profile page to help others get to know you better:
Exclusive Banner
This member-only feature allows you to upload your favorite images as a banner. Remember, the banner is displayed in landscape format, so choose your image accordingly!
Profile Picture
Upload an image as your profile picture. You can drag and adjust the image to achieve your desired look, with a preview available on the right side. Once satisfied, click 'Submit' to set your profile image.
Username and Nickname
Change your username and nickname by entering the desired names and clicking 'Save.'
Note that the name displayed on your profile is your nickname, while your username is used for official communication. If you encounter issues with PixAI, the support team will reference your username.
About
Share more about yourself in this section. Feel free to include links to your social media accounts in the corresponding fields. Don’t forget to click the 'Save' button at the top of the About section!

Others can access your social media accounts by hovering over the corresponding platform icons. Be sure to double-check that the usernames you enter for each platform are correct.
In this section, you can manage the accounts linked to your PixAI profile. You have the option to link or switch to different email accounts. Please note that you'll need access to your current email to receive a verification code for this process. Additionally, you can set or change your passwords here for enhanced security.
For those with large-scale generation needs, you can sign up for the beta test of PixAI's AI image generation API. If you haven't received a response after 7 business days, feel free to join our Discord for assistance. When reaching out, please include your email and your intended usage per month.
You can adjust your notification settings here. The default settings are shown in the picture. If you prefer not to receive certain notifications, simply click on the corresponding option to disable them.
If you wish to view or generate nsfw content, please check the box labeled "I'm over 18 years old" here.
If you wish to delete your account, you can do so in this section. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted after 30 days. During this period, you can restore your account if you accidentally deleted it. Please note that account deletion is not immediate.
💡 Important: You cannot delete your account if you have an active subscription. Ensure your current subscription has expired before proceeding with the deletion.
The Collections section is designed to help you manage your published artworks and any models or Loras uploaded or trained on PixAI. You can categorize your creations, making it easier to locate them.
To edit the name or image of a folder, or to delete it, hover over the folder and click the three dots icon. This will give you the option to edit or delete. Please note that you cannot delete "MyFolder" or change its name.
Click "Add" to place artworks/models/comics in your folder.
You can find your published artwork, comics, animations and workflows in this tab.
Click the three dots icon to easily share your artwork!
You can share your creations on various platforms to earn reward credits.
If you'd like to edit your artwork, click on it, then select the three dots icon to access the options for editing or deleting.
The Edit Page:
Under this section, you'll find the models you've uploaded and the LoRAs you've trained. You can download, edit, publish, or delete your models or LoRAs by clicking the three dots to proceed with the corresponding actions.
Discover the artworks, comics, models/LoRAs, workflows that you liked in PixAI!
You can like them by clicking the heart icon while browsing the website.
Your likes encourage others to create more, so don’t hold back! Additionally, you can like artworks you wish to learn from and save them for future reference.
All of your generation's history will be available here, including both completed and ongoing tasks, sorted by generation time.
You can use filters to find specific tasks.
Click on "Manage" to batch manage your generation tasks, allowing you to delete or download them.
Click on the task to locate the task ID, which is required if you need to report a bug related to generation tasks. This includes issues such as extended waiting times for a single generation or features not functioning properly, such as face fix.
Tasks that you've favorited will appear under the "Favorites" tab, as well as the Favorites section on Generation panel.

To cancel your auto-renewal, simply click on the three dots next to your subscription if you signed up on the web.
